Pak Mangku
We live with the Bali calendar, we pray with the Balinese people in the Temple
and we work closely together with the local community.
Pak Mangku is a Balinese High Priest, who has been spiritually supporting the local people for most of his life. Pak Mangku performs purification ceremonies and prayer blessings daily. He is working directly with the sacred land, ancient Temples and holy water sites.
Ibu Mangku
Ibu Mangku is Pak Mangku’s wife, and they work closely together. They are giving their lives, time and money to serve the local community.
Ibu Mangku spends most days in the Temple and her evenings preparing for ceremonies and offerings for the prayer blessings.
The Mangku’s have dedicated their lives to Selfless Service. Everything they do is on Donation basis.
Team & Volunteers
Once upon a time, we were the regular tourists who came to visit Bali for various reasons. Yet over time, we have fallen in love with this Island and its people, and now we are blessed to call Bali our home.
Our perception has changed greatly since first arriving here, from simply enjoying the Bali vibes, to actually connecting intimately with the Balinese culture. We call the Balinese people our family, and the Balinese ways of deep spiritual life have become one with ours.

We have lived on this Island long enough to see the difference between Bali now and Bali a couple of decades ago. This difference, highlighted by an exponential development without regards to environmental and cultural impact has given us a new way of understanding.
We‘ve learned from the good, the bad and the ugly in the West, and the many mistakes in different countries and cultures.
Now, we are able to use this knowledge to support and prevent, rather than destroy and disturb these cultural values.
We recognize how we can make a difference and how we can help.

The current situation in Bali is on the verge of falling and has reached an Alarming Point.
The tourist attractions bring an overload of traffic pollution and plastic waste issues. With no solution !
The Balinese culture is threatened and Balinese people are irreversibly losing their Sacred Land.
Therefore, it‘s a crucial timing for us to put our efforts into Preservation.

Our Charity Foundation
Focuses on long-term preservation of sacred land and holy Temple sites in Bali.
By doing so, we are able to secure certain land areas and turn them into restricted green areas.
At the same time, we prevent business-orientated investors from building another hotel or resort.
In this way, we help the Balinese people to keep their land, which feeds their families.
We also support the restoration of ancient Temples, which are often in poor condition.
